Refund policy

At D&H Luxury Beauty, we want you to love every product you receive.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on makeup or hair care products that have been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, D&H Luxury Beauty will cover the return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
